All fees include notarial service and travel fee within 30 miles of 30268, additional distance is $1 per mile. Extra charge for Holidays, and After Hour Service, which will be billed separately after scheduling.

Preparing For Your Appointment

Step 1

  • Know the type of notarization that is needed.
  • The most common options are:
  • General notarization where we just verify your signature
  • Acknowledgment
  • Jurat (oath)
(If you’re not sure, check with the person who gave you the document or the person who will be receiving the document once it has been signed).

Step 2

  • Book and pay for your service(s).

Step 3

  • Ensure document(s) have been completed in all of the appropriate places, EXCEPT signature. 

Step 4

  • Once we arrive: Submit journal entry documenting the notarization.
  • ALL signers (and witnesses, if required) MUST be 18 or older and present during the appointment with a VALID and acceptable form of ID.

Step 5

  • Sign your documents while we observe. Then we stamp/seal your paperwork!

Acceptable forms of identity are current forms of identification issued by a state or federal government agency that includes a physical description, photograph, and signature.

Cancellation Policy

Specialty Notary, LLC allows you to cancel up to 4 hours before your scheduled appointment without penalty. Any cancellations less than 4 hours before your scheduled appointment must be canceled by calling 470-357-5318 and will result in a 50% refund. Any No Shows will forfeit any payments made for services. Specialty Notary, LLC reserves the right to cancel a reservation at any time before or during a reservation at the discretion of Specialty Notary, LLC and any monies paid will be returned or you will have the option to reschedule.
